Status first: the Soul Land: Awakening World ninth ring, the Omni Soul Cards and the Divine Stones appear in the Google Play update notes for the game. 37Games has not published a dated patch note for them on its official events page, and I will not invent one. The servers side is settled: PC via Steam, iOS and Android all log into the same server list with one 37Games account.
I have played since the June launch on a Steam account bound to Google, and I switch to my phone for the daily loop. What follows is the dated board as it stands on 22 September: what shipped, what is listed without a date, and the one thing you should check before you pick a server.
The ninth ring is listed, and its patch date is unknown
Unlocking the Ninth Spirit Ring is described in the store update notes under a feature called Breakthrough Domain Power. It awakens a Domain Skill that applies to every Martial Soul. No patch date is published. The official 37Games events page shows a launch notice on 1 June and a limited banners event on 7 August, nothing dated for the ring.
What the notes actually say
- Breakthrough Domain Power: reach the threshold, unlock the ninth ring, gain a Domain Skill.
- Crowning Ceremony: once your soul power reaches the semi-divine realm, God Trial dungeons open and you forge Honorary Title armor.
- A new season: free talent point allocation and an upgraded soul pulse.
On my account, the ring is not a launch-week goal. I am still stacking rings at the pace the daily quests allow, and the domain breakthrough sits well above where a September starter will be. Omni Soul Cards come with Divine Stones, not with a date
Omni Soul Cards are the second undated item on the board. The update notes say you complete version tasks to receive the new cards, then unlock a Divine Stones awakening that grants Omni Attributes. That wording is a version-tied system: the tasks exist only while the version is live.
One warning before you search for guides
37Games ships two Soul Land games, and both list Omni Soul Cards. Soul Land: New World, the older 2D title, carries the same feature names, including Divine Stones and a Domain system. Half the guides you will find describe that game. Check the app name before you follow any card route.
I have not seen the Divine Stones screen on my own server yet. I checked again the morning I wrote this, on both the Steam client and the Android build. Until 37Games posts a dated note, treat the cards as announced, not live for everyone.
One server list for Steam, iOS and Android
Every platform logs into the same server list. You create a 37Games account in the launcher, bind it to Google or Apple, and your character follows you from PC to phone. The Steam build is a client, not a separate world. I run the Steam client at my desk and the Android build on the train, on the same character, without a transfer step.
What the launch dates tell you about server age

No new server opening is announced as of 22 September. No merge is announced either. Pick a server you can play on every day and stay there. The launch servers are about fifteen weeks old, so a late start is a late start. The Southeast Asia release excludes Malaysia and Singapore, so check your region before you build a character.

Verify these before you spend anything:
- The store update notes on Google Play list the ninth ring and Omni Soul Cards. Read them on the Awakening World listing, not the New World one.
- The Steam page shows the free-to-play client and its mixed review score, under fifty percent positive at around four hundred reviews per SteamDB and Raijin readings in early September.
- The official events page at 37Games carries dated notices. If the ring patch gets a date, it lands there first.
Wait for a dated note before you plan around Divine Stones. Version tasks expire with their version. If you rush a character to chase cards that are not on your server yet, you lose nothing by waiting a week and gain nothing by rushing.
